Survey Design & Analysis
A Probation Trust - using the results of a biennial staff survey, we carried out a segmentation analysis to identify the key attitudinal segments among 17 question themes, followed by key drivers modelling to identify the top 3 themes that would drive improvement in staff engagement.
Customer Analytics
Major Supermarket Chain – using customer behaviour data, we built a dynamic customer segmentation model that clearly showed which kind of customers placed the most number of orders on-line and the effectiveness of their marketing efforts.
Statistical Training Courses
Testimonials from our clients – we have run a large number of courses for a wide variety of clients. Given our focus is on making statistics easy to understand and accessible to people who have little experience of statistics, we believe that these testimonials show that we are achieving this.
Forecasting & Risk Modelling
