UK Weather Trends #18 – Summer 2021

The UK summer in 2021 was warmer and dryer than normal but when looked at using principal components, the summer cannot be defined as a good one.  I am not expecting 2022 to be a good one either!

UK Weather Trends #13 – Spring 2020

The UK experienced its sunniest spring on record in 2020 by a huge margin.  Both April and May were the sunniest on record and together they resulted in an average of 6.5 hours of sunshine per day compared to the normal 4.5 hours per day.
